SHAYNE KILBER

  has been selling Real Estate for just over 4 years.  He and his wife just celebrated their 19th Wedding anniversary and they live with their five children in Surprise, AZ. 

Shayne's area of expertise is listing homes and getting them sold.  He is a no hassle kind of guy, he will let you know just what to do in order to get it sold!  Having sold well over one hundred homes over the past few years, along with a passionate knowledge of the ever changing market, Shayne has a proven track record of success you can trust.

Shayne has a Bachelors degree along with the following Real Estate designations:  CDPE, (Certified Distressed Property Expert), GRI(Graduate of the Real Estate Institute), CSSN(Certified Short Sale Negotiator), CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert), AHWD(At Home With Diversity).  Shayne is currently working towards his CRS(Certified Residential Specialist) designation. 

  Monica Shull

   is a native to Arizona. She enjoys spending time with her family and anything outdoors. Her passion is selling real estate. She has been in real estate for almost 7 years.

Monica has the following real estate designations:  CNE (Certified negotiation Expert), GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute), CSSN (Certified Short Sale Negotiator.)  Monica also has her broker's license.

She is dedicated to finding the perfect home for her clients. Whether it is the 1st or 5th home, Monica is there to guide her clients though the entire home buying process.

Michelle Starkey

    has been in new home construction since she moved to Arizona 5+ years ago, but recently moved over to the resale side of real estate.  Michelle is a Mid-Westerner at heart and works to bring the friendly, helpful attitude Mid-Westerners are known for into her real estate transactions.  She is extremely knowledgeable about all the finishing pieces of the home from appliances to tile and carpet.  With her new home construction background, she is familiar with all the nuances associated with home builders all over the valley.  She can help you navigate any type of purchase or sale including negotiations on a new build, short sales, investments, or any type of traditional real estate transaction.

Michelle has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and has spent her entire career selling.  But her favorite thing about selling homes is that magic moment when the right house “finds” the right buyer.  It is then that both the buyer and seller are delighted.  And delighted clients are Michelle’s specialty.

Michelle lives in North Peoria with her husband, two boys and two dogs.  When she isn’t selling homes, she loves to cook for friends and family, explore Arizona with a tent and some sleeping bags, or get lost in a good book for hours.
